All of my wild dreams are coming true, as I head out to promote my first book, Art of Attention’s 5 translations. I’ll tour through Mexico, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, France, NYC and Ohio. You have created such a beautiful book, is art and expression part of your dharma?
Yes, this is my dharma because I heard my intuition tell me exactly that many times in mediation. It said “you should do a book” and to be honest, the reason why I’m so aligned with my passions is because I have creative processes that keep me connected to what’s real. If I had one wish, it would be that each individual realizes, believes and honors their own unique creative visions. I say this because it’s my art and expression that lead me to my own personal healing.
Any big plans for this year that you would like to share or promote??
Retreats are where I want to focus my caregiving and creativity because I have seen the most profound transformations in people once they set themselves free from obligations.
